Job Title: Compliance and Standards Manager
About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the organization's compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards. The successful candidate will ensure consistent implementation and alignment with ISO and IMS standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Compliance Frameworks: Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures in line with IMS and ISO standards.
- Audit and Compliance: Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in regulations and standards to update compliance frameworks accordingly.
- Non-Conformance Issues: Coordinate with departments to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Awareness: Facilitate training and awareness programs on IMS, ISO, and compliance-related topics.
- Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Certification Processes: Collaborate with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth compliance processes.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and suggest measures to mitigate compliance risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement initiatives in line with IMS and ISO requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation and records to support audit and certification processes.
