Job Title:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales and marketing professional to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business principles and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Ensure maximum revenue generation and market penetration in the Islamabad region.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Forecasting and Planning:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
  • Forecast sales projections and develop effective sales plans and budgets for the Islamabad region.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Punjab region.
  • Establish partnerships, expand client base, and explore untapped market segments.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stay Up-to-Date on New Technologies and Products:
  • Continuously update knowledge on latest technologies and products.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree:
  • In business, marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no specific experience is required.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Capability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
