Job Title: Hospitality Host

We are seeking a friendly and efficient team member to join our hotel staff as a Concierge Assistant at our luxury hotel.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Provide valuable information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to help guests make informed decisions.
• Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other venues, showcasing your knowledge of the area.
• Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner, building strong relationships.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting positively on the hotel's image.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed, ensuring seamless service.
• Keep track of guest preferences and anticipate their needs during their stay, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for guests, promoting a positive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (e.g., Opera), with adaptability to new technologies.
