Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads and sales. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Experience in software development, software services, and website development sales is highly preferred.

  1. Excellent English accent (American preferred).
  2. Good listening skills.
  3. Ability to work in a team and lead a team.
  4. Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound dialing.
  5. Ability to learn quickly.
