Immigration Consultant Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration consulting, education counseling, or sales, with excellent communication skills and a persuasive negotiation style.

The role involves providing clear and ethical advice on visa requirements, university admissions, and legal processes to clients from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure error-free submissions and maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication and trust-building.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation & Lead Management: Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, conduct detailed consultations to assess eligibility for study/work visas and immigration programs, and provide clear, ethical advice on visa requirements, university admissions, and legal processes.
  • Sales & Conversion: Follow up with leads, address concerns, and convert consultations into signed clients, achieve monthly sales targets for visa applications and university admissions, and maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive communication and trust-building.
  • Documentation & Case Processing: Assist clients in preparing SOPs, financial proofs, IELTS/TOEFL documents, and legal paperwork, and coordinate with our legal team to ensure error-free submissions.
  • Compliance & Relationship Management: Stay updated on immigration law changes to provide accurate advice, and ensure 100% client satisfaction with regular follow-ups and transparency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in immigration consulting, education counseling, or sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English & Urdu.
  • Persuasive negotiator with a track record of closing sales.
  • Basic knowledge of visa processes (training provided).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
