We are seeking a seasoned technical manager and skilled developer to lead our team.

Job Specification
  • Serves as technical lead/developer for enterprise C#/.NET web and windows applications, utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manages SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure and design, with expertise in data modeling, query optimization, and security measures.
  • Interfaces with project managers and web designers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of traditional web development experience, including proficiency in HTML, DHTML, VBScript, and JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of dynamic web development experience, specifically with ASP, JSP/Java, and PHP.
  • 3+ years of SQL Server database development experience, encompassing SQL, stored procedures, ADO, and ADO.Net.
  • 3+ years of IIS configuration, security, management, and maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years of .NET web development experience, focusing on C# and VB.
  • 2+ years of .NET application development experience, concentrating on WinForms and Remoting.
  • Experience with bug and source control systems, such as CVS and SourceSafe.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Microsoft .NET Certification (MCAD or MCSD) is highly desirable.
  • Extensive SQL Server knowledge and design capabilities will be highly valued.
  • Technical management experience, including project management and architecture overview, is advantageous.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science will be seen as an asset.
