Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will collect and review the quality of data from the available platforms (e.g. M&E portal, CoreManager and SAP) on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators. The incumbent will check data quality with relevant sector colleagues and partners and review deliverables to ensure strict compliance with the relevant UNESCO rules and regulations and the relevant contractual arrangements.

The incumbent will maintain and administer the MEAL database, undertake missions to monitor the project progress in the fields, and provide technical guidance and quality assurance on project progress reporting and reporting to regular and ad hoc data requests from stakeholders and UNInfo.

The incumbent will lead and follow up on mid-term project review, impact assessment, final evaluation, identify areas where technical support to relevant sector colleagues and partners is needed, and propose and arrange necessary capacity-building and provide technical support.
