Sales Territory Manager

This position is responsible for leading assigned territories and driving sales strategy to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with distributors and order bookers.

• Target Setting: Prepare monthly targets for assigned territories, taking into account unit-wise and value-wise performance.
• Distributor Management: Manage relationships with key distributors, establishing mutually beneficial objectives to optimize value and achieve strategic plans.
• Sales Reporting: Share sales reports for assigned territories and categories, analyzing target and KPI achievement.
• Market Visits: Conduct market visits to ensure effective coverage and productivity at all outlets, understanding market dynamics and customer actions.
• Trade Marketing: Evaluate trade marketing activities at assigned outlets according to Trade Marketing plans.
• Promotion Planning: Plan effective sales efforts and design Promotion Joint Plans (PJPs) by monitoring and understanding assigned territories and Retail Territory Management (RTM).

• Education: Graduate degree required.
• Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
