About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting/Billing Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. As a key member of our accounting/billing department, you will be responsible for managing the entire revenue cycle, including collection, submission, and follow-up of medical bills/claims.
Responsibilities:
- Collect medical visit details from electronic medical records software.
- Submit medical bills/claims electronically to insurance companies.
- Follow up with sent medical bills/claims electronically.
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis to address issues.
- Post received payments from insurance companies to in-house database.
- Compile and submit daily, weekly, quarterly & annual reports to clients.
- Perform bookkeeping, payroll, audit, accounting, and taxes.
- Participate in the training of new staff.
- Attend training sessions & seminars/webinars (in Pakistan & abroad).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc (Mathematics/Statistics), MBA.
- No prior experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and basic web browsing.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
