  • Collaborate with our principal to understand cash flow requirements and develop strategies to manage them effectively.
  • Manage spend for specific projects, ensuring budget allocation is optimized.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and cash flow projections, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Process accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations efficiently.
  • Handle VAT reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review payroll payments for house staff, verifying accuracy and timeliness.
  • Migrate our systems to a single platform across the organization, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written English language proficiency.
  • Advanced IT skills, including experience with accounting systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A high level of confidentiality is required, with a commitment to data protection and security.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, sales ledger management, ledger management, VAT reporting, and payroll review.
