CSR Strategist

This role is part of the Public Affairs Department, collaborating with various departments within a leading organization to drive positive change.

• Lead internal and external CSR efforts, benchmarking industry best practices and staying informed through memberships and conferences.
• Partner with community groups to develop engagement plans and execute communications campaigns.
• Negotiate sponsorship deals that align with organizational values, overseeing their implementation and impact.
• Promote CSR activities through media outreach and stakeholder engagement, measuring their effectiveness.
• Craft CSR plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, managing goals and metrics along the way.
• Oversee CSR reporting processes, working with other departments to collect social and environmental data.
• Identify and implement sponsorships with nonprofit organizations to demonstrate commitment externally.
• Manage external consultants and interns as needed, ensuring seamless support for CSR initiatives.

• A strong background in CSR, project management, and business analysis is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in social responsibility, community involvement, and communications.
• Ability to influence senior management and peers, build business cases to tie CSR to core business strategy, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
