Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions received on a daily basis, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Efficiently check and input all required data involved in trade transactions, maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Perform End of Day (EOD) daily reconciliation, verifying all transactions for consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure that required reports are extracted properly, providing valuable insights for management decisions.
  • Perform all tasks and assignments assigned by the Team Leader, demonstrating strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Achieve set productivity targets (efficiency, accuracy, etc.) and processing turnaround standards within own area of responsibility, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain awareness and full compliance with all rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices, and the code of conduct imposed by the organization.
  • Report all suspicious transactions, including Red-Flag alerts, to Anti-Money Laundering approvers, upholding regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about existing and potential customers and their businesses, fostering relationships and opportunities.
  • Maintain close and cordial relationships with internal units to facilitate solutions to customer inquiries/problems and tailor solutions for specific customer requests, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and administer the daily operations of the team to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality services to customers, utilizing a range of products and services to enhance profitability.
  • Supervise day-to-day processing and delivery of trade services relevant to the assigned team, adhering to service standards.
  • Review existing practices and identify gaps for improvement in accuracy and efficiency, implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • Maintain Error Logs for the unit and socialize with the team and Head of Trade Operations.
  • Assist the Unit Manager in migrating trade practices and quality standards to and from other branches, promoting best practices.
  • Ensure all trade transactions have the necessary approvals before authorization in the system, maintaining transparency and accountability.
