We are seeking a Senior Manager/Associate General Manager to lead our IT Business Partner and Portfolio Management teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive strategic outcomes.

This role presents a unique opportunity to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives while ensuring strategic IT investments are optimised for operational excellence.

The key responsibilities include:

  • IT Business Partner (80%): Lead a team in supporting business units' innovation initiatives, with a focus on enhancing airport efficiency, productivity, operational excellence, and HR transformation.
  • IT Portfolio Management (20%): Oversee IT budget management, conduct expenditure analysis, and drive cost optimisation efforts.

The IT Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business units to identify and support technology-driven innovation initiatives, analysing strategic business and technical requirements to ensure alignment between IT and corporate objectives, developing solution architectures and product roadmaps, ensuring interoperability within the IT ecosystem.

The IT Portfolio Manager will oversee IT budget management, conduct expenditure analysis, and drive cost optimisation efforts. They will also assist IT leadership in developing annual work and resource plans.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
