About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to join our team. As a key player in achieving client results, you will serve as a trusted business advisor who collaborates with clients to provide innovative solutions used to solve their most challenging business problems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, utilizing your expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into their business environment.
  2. Performing full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing, and data migration.
  3. Analyzing functional and technical requirements in collaboration with client teams.
  4. Migrating between products or integration with other products, configuration of packages, and recovery and backup.
  5. Assisting in selection, implementation, and support of applications.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Ideal 6-8 years' experience, but we value diverse paths to gaining skills and knowledge.
  2. Core Banking System (FLEXCUBE version 14) knowledge in all modules.
  3. Implementation experience with Oracle Banking Microservices Architecture (OBMA) particularly around FLEXCUBE version 14.7.
  4. SQL / PLSQL knowledge.
  5. Database Knowledge for Core Banking DB.
  6. Application Server Knowledge (FLEXCUBE Core Banking Application Server).
  7. Java Language Knowledge.
  8. FLEXCUBE System knowledge in new implementation.
  9. Knowledge about Migration of Data into FLEXCUBE (Core Banking) System.
  10. Knowledge about FLEXCUBE Reports and Reporting Dictionary.
  11. Exposure to at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, IBM, or Google Cloud.

Desirable Technical and Professional Expertise

  1. Working understanding and experience with OFSAA (Oracle Financial Suite of Analytical Applications) such as Financial Crimes & Compliance Management (FCCM), Anti-Money Laundering Solutions (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) & Trade-Based Anti Money Laundering Solutions (TBAML).
