We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, who is flexible, proactive, and has a creative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues with computer software and hardware.
- Deliver service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software and emails, and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor and respond to events, error conditions, and threshold events in network monitoring systems, and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inbound calls per shift and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and other basic business productivity software.
- Understanding of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks.
- Knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous industry experience in 24x7 Network Operation Center or call center environments.
- Experience with stress-resistant and team-oriented work cultures.
- Self-motivated individuals with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
