Technical Support Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues with computer software and hardware.
  • Deliver service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software and emails, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor and respond to events, error conditions, and threshold events in network monitoring systems, and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound calls per shift and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and other basic business productivity software.
  • Understanding of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks.
  • Knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous industry experience in 24x7 Network Operation Center or call center environments.
  • Experience with stress-resistant and team-oriented work cultures.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
