About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to drive technical innovation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows leveraging AI to optimize daily tasks, ensuring seamless integration with multiple platforms and APIs.
  • Continuously monitor AI automation systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements to maintain high-performance levels.
  • Manage integrations with Google Workspace and various AI tools, ensuring smooth interactions and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable, automated solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, performance metrics, and updates for internal use.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies, and at least 2 years of experience in workflow automation platforms and related tools.
  • Strong proficiency with workflow platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Bolt.new, and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks and models such as Claude, Cursor, and other emerging AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of web development fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of Google APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Console integrations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize in dynamic environments.

A Typical Day

You'll explore internal systems to uncover automation opportunities, design and implement AI-enhanced workflows using tools like n8n or Make.com, and ensure seamless API integrations with platforms like Google Workspace. Regular monitoring and performance optimization will be key, as will collaboration with teams to troubleshoot and scale automation efforts that drive measurable business value.
