We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate / Business Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select investigators for conducting trials at trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Provide expert support for clinical site questions related to study protocol, FAQs, start-up, budget, contract, and similar documents, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing sites in our clinical network, performing initial assessments on new sites to ensure their suitability and compatibility with our research goals.
  • Offer quality oversight to Site Management Operations (SMO), driving excellence and consistency across all clinical sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharma and biotech communications, representing our organization as Study Lead and facilitating seamless interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based clinical sites on multiple studies, providing essential support with overall study placement and startup processes, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Work under the guidance of the Clinical Team Lead and support Clinical Research Coordinators at KR owned and affiliated sites, promoting a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain strong engagement with clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies, building lasting relationships and expanding our network.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity, requiring exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, enabling clear and concise expression of ideas and concepts.
  • Proven ability to craft effective emails and other forms of written communication, showcasing expertise in professional correspondence.
  • Show strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, creating a positive impact on stakeholders and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, embodying a collaborative spirit and adaptability.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Possess knowledge or experience in the clinical research industry, although not mandatory, it is an asset.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence and a solid foundation for a career in clinical research.
