Research Associate

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work as a Research Associate in the Department of Zoology.

• The ideal candidate must be a full-time student pursuing M. Phil/PhD in Zoology, Entomology, or Plant Protection from any reputable organization.
• A strong academic record with no third division throughout their academic career is crucial for this position.
• Proficiency in Entomology is essential for successful performance in this role.
• The selected candidate must not be engaged in any government or private employment.

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for working under a research project funded by Pakistan Science Foundation, Islamabad.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Conducting research and experiments in the field of Zoology, Entomology, or Plant Protection.
• Collecting and analyzing data to contribute to the research project.
• Developing and implementing research methodologies to achieve the project's objectives.
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

You will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 20,000 (M. Phil) or PKR 25,000 (Ph.D.) during your tenure with the project.

Selected candidates will be invited for an interview at the office of the Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology, GC University on the scheduled date.
