We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Onboarding Strategist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a world-class onboarding experience that sets the tone for new hires.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, learning and development strategies, and talent management best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate content delivered during orientation, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact agenda.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and command a room. Strong strategic thinking and program management skills are also essential, along with excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Strategy and Management: Support the continuous evolution of the new hire orientation and onboarding strategy to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate content delivered by other departments during orientation, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact agenda.
  • Analytics and Improvement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding program, such as 90-day retention rates, new hire satisfaction (NPS), and time-to-productivity.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and command a room.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills; the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
