Medical Centre Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to manage the day-to-day operations at our medical centre.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with established roles, responsibilities, functions, and procedures in managing medical centre operations.
- Oversee attendance and punctuality of doctors and staff, promoting a culture of discipline and accountability within the team.
- Evaluate medical policies and procedures to ensure adherence, including referrals, sick leaves, and record-keeping.
- Regularly review patient histories, particularly for chronic patients, to update records and monitor treatment progress.
- Verify the validity of doctor-conducted procedures and referrals, assessing compliance with disease protocols in regular performance reports.
- Report emergency cases to the relevant authorities for approval or ratification.
- Present periodic reports on medical centre performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct medical audits of doctors, evaluating their performance through random auditing of medical books, observing clinical examinations, and assessing referral validity.
- Implement measures to prevent unnecessary hospitalization and related expenditures for inpatient cases.
- Visit panel and non-panel hospitals to verify the provision of adequate medical facilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with treating doctors regarding patient diagnosis, investigations, treatment appropriateness, and discharge advice.
- Submit regular reports detailing case visits, results, and planned visit status.
- Respond promptly to urgent calls for specific visits and investigations from relevant authorities.
