Telecom Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused project manager to lead a key telecom project.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BSS and RF systems, excellent customer handling skills, and proven team management experience.
  • Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day project operations across BSS and RF domains, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.
  • The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the customer, handling expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • They will build and manage high-performing teams, recruit, onboard, and allocate resources as per project requirements.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of project risks, maintaining regular communication with the customer, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements are also essential duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, or related field)
  • 5–7 years of experience in Telecom Project Management, with a strong focus on BSS and RF systems
  • Proven customer handling skills, ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, strong technical understanding of BSS, RF systems, and Telecom Networks
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
