**Job Summary:**
- Manage and coordinate administrative operations across various departments.
Supervising administrative matters involves ensuring seamless communication between the Head Office, regions, and Associate Companies. This includes coordinating tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to achieve set goals.
Developing and managing budgets is a critical aspect of this role. Reviewing operating costs and suggesting cost-saving measures helps optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency.
The position also involves supervising transport matters, including maintenance, cleanliness, log books, and insurance. Ensuring that company vehicles are properly maintained and insured is essential for risk management and employee safety.
Liaising with government departments and related organizations is another key responsibility. Building strong relationships with these entities helps facilitate smooth interactions and resolves any issues promptly.
Negotiating and assisting in lease agreements for offices and campuses requires effective communication and negotiation skills. Ensuring that lease terms are favorable and compliant with company policies is crucial.
