We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • The selected candidate will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Timely support to service issues and user requests will be provided.
  • Maintenance of IT systems and networks will be performed.
  • The candidate will manage the inventory of all IT hardware and software.
  • Access controls, backups, and firewalls will be implemented to ensure data security.
  • The successful candidate will support in creating technical documentation, user manuals, and procedures.
  • Introduction of new technology solutions will be assisted by the candidate.
  • Coordination with external vendors for procurement or technical support will be a part of the job.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Internship experience in IT support or networking is advantageous.
