The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Shop Floor Supervisor.
As a Shop Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our CNC shop, ensuring that our production targets are met and that our operators have the support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will drive results, helping us to achieve our goals and objectives.
