Job Title: Senior Associate - Program Coordinator

Program Overview:

The Senior Associate - Program Coordinator will be responsible for operationalizing model programs established in the province, endorsing and launching key frameworks, and executing multi-sectoral training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Implementation:
  • Identify quarterly deliverables and assess resource requirements in collaboration with project leads.
  • Assist in identifying delivery inputs for project activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Support in identifying red flags concerning deliverable implementation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to provide additional support on project-related field engagements.
  • Lead event coordination and execution, establishing communication channels with stakeholders.
Monitoring, Learning, and Data Management:
  • Ensure project monitoring tools are updated and utilized according to M&E standards.
  • Routinely update project-specific monitoring calendars and inform M&E of project activities.
  • Verify data accuracy during project activities and report inconsistencies to project leads.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities, providing lessons learned and reporting red flags.
  • Develop and execute project communications strategies in collaboration with the Communications Department.
  • Maintain a stakeholder list and develop dissemination strategies.
  • Ensure effective coverage of project activities and events, leading social media dissemination.
Strategic Support & Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with stakeholders and establish relationships with focal persons, including supporting advocacy campaigns.
  • Maintain regular contact and coordination with stakeholders alongside project leads.
  • Assist in maintaining the project's stakeholder analysis document.
  • Support in designing donor reports and relevant documents for stakeholders.
  • Pilot launch and operation of Anti-Rape Crisis Cells and Sexual Violence Response Frameworks.
  • Engage with Criminal Justice System stakeholders to develop coordinated GBV responses.
  • Advocate for survivor-centric services and legal protection mechanisms.
  • Conduct legal and policy analyses to address gaps in sexual violence laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Human Rights, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in advocacy, policy development, or GBV response mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of sexual violence legislation and justice sector processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Excellent coordination, policy engagement, and program management skills.
