Expert Content Creator and Visual Designer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing engaging content across various social media platforms. This includes creating and managing business presence on all major social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and blogs.

In this role, you will design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including graphics, videos, and social media images. You will also monitor and respond to brand mentions and comments on all social media pages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage business presence on all major social media channels
  • Design visual content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Monitor and respond to brand mentions and comments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure aligned strategic approaches
  • Identify strategies for evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and competitors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing and Graphics Design
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS6 (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for the brand and a great sense of humour
