Job Overview

To optimize the organization's human resources, we are seeking a strategic leader to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that foster a productive work environment.

  • Designing and implementing HR-related policies to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Urdu.
  • A thorough understanding of HR disciplines, including employment law, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, and development, as well as conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Drive.
