HR Strategist

To optimize the organization's human resources, we are seeking a strategic leader to develop and implement policies, programs, and practices that foster a productive work environment.

• Designing and implementing HR-related policies to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Planning and conducting regular performance appraisals, developing assessment tools, and providing coaching to employees.
• Managing in-house training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate records, files, and reports, including personnel information.
• Developing and managing a centralized recruiting process to attract top talent.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Urdu.
• A thorough understanding of HR disciplines, including employment law, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, and development, as well as conflict resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Drive.
