Architecture Project Manager Job in Faisalabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of various projects in Faisalabad. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring their work meets all regulatory requirements and is completed within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that meet their needs
  • Oversee the development of project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage a team of architects, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure that all architectural designs comply with relevant regulations and building codes
  • Review project progress regularly to identify any issues or delays and implement solutions as needed
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles
  • Proven experience managing complex architecture projects
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
