Position: Pre-Sales Staff
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide detailed information about our product offerings, including Cisco switches, routers, access points, and other network equipment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively through email, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook for seamless client interaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to address client inquiries confidently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for effective email communication and document preparation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT and networking products, particularly Cisco equipment, is a plus.
