Imaginative Event Strategist

We are seeking an Imaginative Event Strategist to lead our creative team in developing innovative event management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design, copy, and best practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored creative plans for event management.
  • Collaborate with designers to create artwork that meets client specifications and event type.
  • Develop customized themes for various events and present them to clients.
  • Create event-specific art work while ensuring effective budget utilization.
  • Set and manage project timelines and priorities, keeping partners informed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Lead a team of creatives, including in-house designers.
  • Ensure all event portfolios are properly documented and approved before presentation to clients.
  • Foster collaboration between Project Managers and Operations Staff to ensure event success.
  • Visit event sites to verify creative execution on the day of the event.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
