Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a regulatory compliance framework.
  • Conducting thorough NBFC regulatory impact assessments and gap analyses will be a key responsibility.
  • Translating regulatory requirements into business processes and system specifications will require close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation will also be an essential part of this role.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications for third-party development teams will demand strong analytical skills.
  • Maintaining system documentation and supporting the testing of software applications will be critical responsibilities.
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies will ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
  • Conducting impact assessments of proposed changes on business operations and systems will require meticulous planning.
  • SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERING SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS THAT MEET BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO END-USERS WILL BE THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THIS ROLE.
