Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately monitor and apply quantities on Gemata based on predetermined formulas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to verify the correct application of leather quantities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

In conjunction with the Manager Finishing and senior supervisor, carefully examine and sign the lot process card following the initial check. Additionally, review the special instructions provided on the LPC.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Verify the operation of machines related to FMO, including ROTO press, Hydraulic press, Felt /STONE polish and Glaze etc.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 & 14001 standards within the Finishing department.
  • Determine the suitable formulation according to specification with guidance from the Manager Finishing.
