Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead our dynamic team. This pivotal role will oversee the accuracy of financial reporting, maintain robust financial controls, and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing financial insights to support cross-functional teams and organizational goals.
  • Mentoring the finance team, promoting accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Resolving financial issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • CA (Finalist) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a progressive organization.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance finance teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.
