Job Details

Brief Overview:

  • This role requires an individual with strong technical skills and experience in network monitoring tools, middleware technologies, and enterprise-level NMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and troubleshoot issues with network systems and services.
  • To configure and manage middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere or Oracle WebLogic.
  • Provide Level 1 support for data center operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in network monitoring tools.
  • Practical experience with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere or Oracle WebLogic.
  • Industry-recognized professional certifications in enterprise-level NMS solutions are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating endpoints with network management solutions like SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS, including deployment, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
