Restaurant Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Restaurant Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional support to restaurant owners in the US. This involves resolving customer queries efficiently, documenting critical issues, and interacting with customers to investigate critical issues when necessary.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for utilizing our platform for time-sensitive operational tasks supporting restaurants. This requires a strong understanding of our platform and its capabilities, as well as the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Requirements
  • Excellent command of formal, conversational, and colloquial English;
  • Strong people skills for building relationships with restaurant owners;
  • Emotional intelligence; and
  • Familiarity with US cultural sensitivities.

Candidates should possess the following essential skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
