As a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and management to drive data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights that inform business strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term planning models.
  • Providing regular financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
  • Partnering with the team to drive fleet and pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and utilization optimization.
  • Assisting in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing comprehensive financial models to track and measure business performance.
  • Analyzing cash flow, balance sheet, and other financial metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation and decision-making.
  • Developing ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support the CFO.
  • Continuously improving and streamlining financial processes, reporting systems, and tools to enhance decision-making capabilities across the organization.
