We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Professional Development Officer to support our organization in planning, coordinating, and executing CPD initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CPD programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and certifications
  • Assist in creating CPD materials, coordinating events, and communicating with employees
  • Monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by gathering and analyzing feedback from CPD sessions
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field, as well as 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function. You should also have basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with LMS tools.

A strong organizational and communication skillset is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function
  • Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools
