The Student Success Consultant will provide excellent guidance to help international students find institutions that meet their learning and career aspirations. This includes providing students with the right information and advice on study opportunities, local education systems, cultures and geographic regions, assisting with application documentation, facilitating enrollments, and promoting our products and services.

Main Accountabilities
  • Drive achievement of pipeline goals, customer satisfaction and advocacy targets throughout each stage of the student journey, including promoting essential products and services, managing leads and successful applications, seeking referral opportunities, encouraging event participation and database maintenance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students, their families and education providers, including participating in planning activities to build student engagement, providing admissions information and qualification options in an easily understandable manner, and proactively engaging with students and education providers regularly.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or customer-driven environments, including achieving individual and team-based targets.
  • Good understanding of the education sector and student placement into VET and universities, including immigration requirements and processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or prior experience working as a Student Success Consultant or similar role.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English both verbal and written.
