IT Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with expertise in Active Directory, Security, Backup and Recovery, VMware, Office 365, and IT budgeting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the IT team to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage IT budgets to optimize resource allocation.

**Active Directory and Security:

• Ensure the security and integrity of Active Directory services.
• Implement Group Policies to maintain security standards.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify areas of improvement.

**Backup and Recovery Services:

• Maintain the integrity of backup data.
• Perform regular recovery drills to ensure business continuity.
• Meet Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) targets.

**VMware and Data Domain Management:

• Optimize performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure uptime and availability of critical systems.
• Maintain licensing compliance for all VMware and Data Domain products.

**Office 365 and Collaboration Tools:

• Manage licenses for Office 365 services.
• Ensure the security and integrity of collaboration tools.
• Conduct regular user training to enhance productivity.

**IT Budget and Vendor Management:

• Control costs associated with IT procurement.
• Optimize vendor performance to meet business needs.

**SSL and Software Licensing:

• Ensure compliance with SSL and software licensing regulations.
• Optimize usage of licensed software to minimize costs.
• Enhance security by maintaining up-to-date software versions.

**General IT Support and Reporting:

• Provide timely support to resolve IT-related issues.
• Conduct regular IT reviews to identify areas of improvement.
• Deliver performance reports to stakeholders.
