Pipeline Integrity Manager

A key position for a specialist with in-depth knowledge of pipeline integrity management and cathodic protection.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in pipeline integrity management and cathodic protection.
• PEC registration and certification in AMPP(NACE), API, or TWI for Cathodic Protection/ Coating Inspection.

• Lead regular inspections to ensure pipeline assets are secure from corrosion.
• Collaborate with civic agencies to obtain necessary permissions for corrosion control projects.
• Maintain optimal efficiency of CC operations by reviewing coating and wrapping conditions.
• Identify potential corrosion issues through surveys, including pipe-to-soil potential surveys, DCVG surveys, and close interval potential surveys.
• Develop and implement health assessments for existing coating systems within the pipeline integrity assessment program.
• Create coating rehabilitation plans based on findings and recommendations.
• Design and develop corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection systems.
• Organize FEED for newly constructed distribution pipelines.
• Oversee timely renewal of Ground Beds activities based on requirements.
• Analyze survey results and plan recoating of pipelines accordingly.
• Compile reports on survey design and assist in planning regarding CC for new and existing pipelines.
