Business Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

- Support lead generation efforts through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Promote company content and updates via social media channels.
- Lead and manage the lead generation team to drive exponential business growth.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project bidding and business development.
- Strong analytical and research skills to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to drive exponential business growth for the organization.
- Proficiency in software applications essential for business development and operations.
