Job Title: Cyber Security Expert

The Government of Pakistan intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services, which shall be implemented by a Project Implementing Unit (PIU).

The consulting services include professional expertise in cyber security operations and architecture. The consultant will provide required services maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards.

Eligible candidates are invited to indicate their interest in providing the Services as Cyber Security Expert. Interested Candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the expected Services.

The short listing criteria are:

  1. (i) A BS/BE (4 Years) degree in Computer Science / Information Security or related field from a recognized University (Master's degree in related field will be preferred). In case of foreign degree, equivalence shall also be required.
  2. (ii) At least 10 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in cybersecurity operations, cybersecurity research and development, and enterprise systems/networks resilience. Individuals with international experience will be preferred.
  3. (iii) Wide-ranging knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, architectures and operations along with knowledge of data privacy, data security, and layered security architectures.
  4. (iv) Excellent technical knowledge of data exchange systems and security protocols.
  5. (v) Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical and project management skills.
