Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on shaping the future of home services, contributing to the development of scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and MVC frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customer-to-supplier dispatching algorithms.
  • Develop real-time order tracking features.
  • Optimize APIs for 3rd party integrations.
  • Model and design databases.
  • Implement a safer and more flexible attribute management system.
  • Enhance availability and assignment algorithms.
  • Develop E2E API tests.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Java.
  • Experience with MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • High comfort level with RDBMS (MySQL) and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in working with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
  • Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ) and cache storage (Redis).
  • Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful services.
  • Good grasp of the SOLID principles.
  • Strong object-oriented programming and design pattern skills.
  • Comfortable with Git version control system.
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Willingness to work with PHP 7 (Symfony and Doctrine).
