About the Role:

At HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web and mobile applications.

• Implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Build scalable and efficient server-side applications, APIs, and services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.

• Design and manage relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, enabling smooth communication between different services and platforms.

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy applications and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and AI specialists to implement features that align with business goals and user needs.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and resolve bugs to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.

• Ensure that applications are secure, efficient, and scalable by following best practices in security, caching, and load balancing.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development team.
