We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

You will be responsible for preparing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth, proposing order and revenue targets and leading the preparation of bids and tenders. You will also ensure that you are fully aware of all details/aspects of bid or tender preparation/submission including technical, commercial, operations, reports and CRM updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in strategic planning and a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape. You will also have excellent communication skills, computer literacy and problem analysis and conflict resolution skills.
