As a Senior SQA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our enterprise software product. Your expertise in testing and quality assurance will help us deliver a top-notch product to our customers.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing efforts. They will also analyze customer use cases and understand how they interact with our land management software.

Responsibilities
  • Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.
  • Understand and analyze how customers use our land management software (use cases).
  • Focus on user experience, implementation success, and operational stability.
  • Perform system, functional, regression, and back-end testing to prevent bugs.
  • Document test plans, cases, and bugs in Azure DevOps.
Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on first attempt, adhering to QA best practices and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with defect management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting a high-morale, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the Accounting domain is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or JD Edwards is a plus.
