Accounting and Billing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and compile medical visit data from electronic health records.
- Submit accurate and timely medical claims to insurance providers.
- Monitor the status of submitted claims and follow up as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide support.
- Process payments received from insurance companies and update the in-house database accordingly.
- Compile and submit regular reports to clients, including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual summaries.
- Assist with various accounting, payroll, audit, and tax-related tasks.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and webinars to enhance professional knowledge.
Completed degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Mathematics/Statistics. No prior experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Basic web browsing skills also required.
Must be available to work full-time with flexible timings. Spoken and written English proficiency is essential.
Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi.
