This role is responsible for managing the billing and cash management processes within NAKHLAH Educational House For Islamic Grooming, ensuring seamless operations.

Main Duties:
  1. Billing Control: Exercise control over billing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Discrepancy Detection: Detect and resolve discrepancies in bills, ensuring prompt action is taken.
  3. Payment Facilitation: Facilitate payment processing through the Finance department, enabling timely vendor payments.
  4. Data Accuracy: Maintain data accuracy by regularly reconciling and validating bills.
  5. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to payments.
  6. Record Maintenance: Safeguard all bills and records, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
  7. Inventory Tracking: Update the database of consumable items, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  8. Creative Projects: Develop creative projects, including NAKHLAH's medals and shields.
  9. Document Coordination: Coordinate PSRs and GRNs, prepare documents, and submit them for processing.
