This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across various aspects of projects. The employment form will be project-based contracts (6 months) with an initial probationary period of three months.

Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams to grasp visual requirements and project objectives effectively.
  • Craft exceptional 2D assets that align with the game's art style and narrative.
  • Optimize assets for performance and memory constraints without compromising visual fidelity.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, playtesting sessions, and technical constraints.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and tools in game art and graphics technology.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate assets into the game engine, troubleshooting any implementation issues as they arise.
  • Contribute actively to the development and upkeep of art pipelines, asset libraries, and style guides.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating visually appealing assets such as promotional artwork, banners, trailers, and social media content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. You must be based in Karachi, Pakistan.
  2. You hold a Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  3. You have demonstrated proficiency in 2D asset creation for games, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your capabilities.
  4. You possess strong proficiency in industry-standard software for 2D art.
  5. You have excellent understanding of fundamental art principles.
  6. You exhibit exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  7. You demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills.
  8. You have experience with marketing asset creation.
  9. You can multitask effectively and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
