As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing daily maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in your responsibility area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities to meet performance targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Ensure competent resources and competence development of the maintenance resources and/or assigned team.
  • Maintain equipment's condition according to applicable guidelines and policies, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Implement Contract Management action plans, processes, and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.

You will also be responsible for preparing reports, maintenance plans, and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager. Additionally, you will identify and actively seek to improve maintenance reliability and availability of the plant, follow-up and optimize maintenance costs, develop maintenance working routines, maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships, and negotiate and purchase materials and services for maintenance according to the plan.

Requirements
  • Educational Requirement: BE/BSc Electrical degree (Mandatory registration with Pakistan Engineering Council)
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Hands on experience in Electrical Maintenance of HFO power plant and its auxiliaries is a must.
  • Experience in Maintenance Management Tools e.g. Maximo.
  • Prior experience of Wartsila W46 engine is an advantage.
  • Understanding of workplace safety.
